SHIFT: Indoor to Outdoor Fitness
SHIFT is the name for staying fit and healthy. To often we separate our connection to the natural world with the health and wellness of our bodies. At TrackersSHIFT we blend these to back together where they belong. We train for what we call IO Fitness. (Indoor to Outdoor). This includes martial arts, kayak paddling, yoga, trail running, and wild edible bicycle tours.
SHIFT is FREE to sample! & then $30-$50 every 4 weeks depending how often you want to come. If you are an adult you can simply show up (though its a good idea to contact us as we observe some holidays). If you are a youth please have your legal guardian fill out a waiver form for that night of SHIFT.

SHIFT: Martial ArtsSHIFT: Indoor to Outdoor Fitness Our two instrcutors, Mike Owen and Willem Larsen bring in an exciting blend of Philopino Kali stick fighting, Taoist Standing Exercise and good ol' fashion American Boxing. Different than Martial Arts dojos, where training can be stern, our martial arts classes are welcoming, fun and friendly to all levels while also being one of the most intensive and effective fitness & training regimens around. | Arriving National & International Participants Its easy to fly into Portland's airport and get a ride out to your workshop. We pick up and host up to two nights before. Fees $75 for each non-workshop night: meals and safe lodging included. Contact Us to make your travel arrangements. | |
